Prayer Meeting (7:30pm, Wednesday 4th July)
We will gather to pray this Wednesday evening, with dinner served from 7:30pm and prayer from 8:00pm. If you consider yourself a member of the church, please do make this a priority.
Evangelistic Choral Concert (doors open at 7:00pm, Saturday 7th July)
We are delighted to welcome the All Soul’s choir back again this year for an evening of great music plus a brief gospel message from Tom Watts. Please come along to show your support and meet others and do think and pray about who you could invite. An event not to be missed!
Please do let Kerry know if you can help (welcome, serve food/drinks, clear up afterwards etc).
Men’s Hog Roast (from 5:00pm onwards, Saturday 30th June)
All men at St John’s are welcome to attend this event tomorrow, including visitors, newcomers, and those of you who have been here forever – an evening of food, beer(?), and fellowship! This will take place at the Warns’ house (in Hampstead Garden Suburb). Please let Brendan know if you want to come along.
Meal out this Sunday evening (8:00pm, Sunday, 1st July)
Instead of eating before the service, there will be an opportunity to head out to a local restaurant (Franco Manca) after the evening service. The food is cheap and service is quick! Coffee and cake will be available from 6:00pm and the service will start promptly at 6:15pm.

One of our key values is “every member ministry” where we are all responsible for serving one another and building one another up. Everyone has different gifts and skills that they can use and develop for the good of the whole church. If you’ve not yet got involved, this is a great opportunity to see the kinds of areas where you might have something to offer. If you’re already serving, you may want to review the ways that you serve or consider new areas to develop your gifts. Do talk to Tom Watts if you have any questions.
Weekend Away 2018 (5-7th October 2018)
The online booking form is now available here so please do sign up as soon as possible and, ideally, before you go away for the Summer Holidays! Leaflets are also available at the back church.
Sign up for the St John’s podcast here
So you can listen to all our previous talks and catch up on any that you’ve missed if you’ve been away or unable to come to church for any reason.
